The Generate presentation tool in Adobe Express, in partnership with Adobe Acrobat, brings AI‑powered presentation creation. You can start in Adobe Express or generate a presentation with content from Acrobat AI in Adobe Acrobat, then edit or present it in Adobe Express. Read the Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines.

Before you begin:

  • Generate presentation is currently available in English and French.
  • The feature is available on Free, Premium, Enterprise, and Teams, and Higher Education (HED) plans. It’s currently unavailable for K–12 accounts.
  • Custom and branded templates aren’t supported yet.

Try it in the app
Generate a presentation in a few simple steps.

  1. On the Adobe Express homepage, select the plus   icon in the left panel, then select Quick actions. 
  2. Select Generate presentation.

    3. Enter your topic or idea in the prompt field.

    4. Select Customize to set the Length and Audience.

    5. Select Add files to upload source documents that Adobe Express will use as a reference, then select Next.

    Note

    You can upload files in PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, RTF, XLS, VTT, and web link formats. You can upload up to 10 documents, with a combined total page limit of 150 across all files.

    6. Select a template from the options presented, then select Next.

    7. Select the add   icon to create new slides, the delete   icon to remove slides, or drag slides to reorder. After reviewing the outline, select Generate.

    8. Once your presentation opens in the editor, you can further customize the content, design, and layout.

    9. Select the download icon to save the presentation to your device or Present to deliver the presentation in Adobe Express.
